We often have customers that want to modify their order or ordered the wrong item, so far this has worked great for us to allow them the flexibility to change or cancel their order. :)

Very Good app! Save time, Easy to install.

This app was pretty easy to install into the order confirmation email. I opted to use the pop up in the customer accounts instead of trying to do the coding myself. I appreciate that they offer that option for us non coders. All around a good app.

Seems like a good app so far. Initially was let down by customer support but the owner contacted me and made it right.

This company provides a wonderful support. They help to localize for Japanese currency very very quickly. They do listen to the users. We hope their business go better and better.

Really useful app. Prevents many, many support tickets where the customer forgot a discount code, or needs to make some other change to the order. Great value!

What we don't like about this app is that so many payment platforms do not integrate with Shopify, for example STRIPE, that we had to disable the automatic refund function and now need to manually refund all orders.

However, that is a problem that needs to be fixed first at the Shopify level. And until that happens, this app is a good option for businesses looking to give their customers more control over their orders.

Works fine. Had some issue with the installation due to my lack of liquid editing skills but Dave was a big help in getting things setup. This should have been a basic option in Shopify so its good to have this app.
