Shoppers often make order mistakes and are stuck waiting for a fix. Customer support spends a lot of time fixing these mistakes. Orderify lets customers edit and cancel orders on their own. It also increases sales with one-click reordering. Orderify improves the customer experience, decreases customer support costs and increases orders. *Note, for Order Editing, to give your customer full editing flexibility, Orderify first cancels the original order and reloads the items in a shopping cart.

it needs some coding to be done in terms of Liquid. There is no mention of the same anywhere.

We just wanted you to know that we got your customers support ticket, and responded within 90 minutes saying "We would be happy to help - we have requested access to your store to help you get set up. Could you let us know which steps you need the most help with currently?"
We never heard back from you, so we don't know if you received our response. We have been trying to reach you a number of times ever since the first ticket - would you be able to please e-mail us back at support@customerfirstfocus.com.
We will also do our best to contact you via Shopify as well.
There shouldn't be any liquid setup at all now, especially since you have the new customer accounts, for which we support extensions, and we would love to walk you through the whole set up in a video call to show that it takes jus a few clicks without any liquid modification.
This app has been an easy and affordable way to offload a lot of customer support related to order cancellations and edits. Dave and team are very responsive to emails and recently rolled out updates for the new Shopify Thank You and Order Status pages. Dave was also very responsive to an issue I discovered regarding the refunding of duties related to Markets Pro orders. One tip to share with my fellow merchants: implement a Flow automation to delay payment capture on new orders so that when customers cancel and create new orders (for edits) you don't lose the Shopify payments fees.
