I used this app in hopes of applying rules to my backdated orders , this wasn't possible initially but after contacting Sam from CS he took me through the process and got everything done for a small fee.

Great app! Simple to use but very powerful -- helped us sort and tag orders by shipping rate and automate a process that used to take nearly 30 mins every day.

I used this app to help me separate my Christmas orders from my regular day to day orders. I found the app wasn't working exactly how I wanted so got in touch with support. Valentina was very quick to respond to my query and resolve my issue for me, it's now working perfectly and makes my busiest period really easy to organise. 10/10 would recommend the app and the support that comes with it.

The app is easy to use, the historical tagging of orders is super powerful and everything worked perfectly fine for us without a single mistake, can definitely recommend. Steve from their support is also super helpful (!!!) and amazingly responsive! Great app and customer service :)
