I used the paid subscription and had a very bad experience. The user could not log in at all, and a redirect error was displayed. I could not find anyone in the after-sales department, and they did not reply to my emails for more than a week.

Thank you for your review and I am so sorry about the issue. We received total 4 communications from your side. 2 on Nov and 2 on Nov and we responded every communication of yours within 4 hours of receiving but never received any response back. I would urge you to check, if your registered email is correct one, or if mails are reaching in your spam.

Saying that, customer service is our top priority and if you see all other reviews, its customer service which makes us exceptional.

I hope, you read this reply and respond us back. As you mentioned in your email, that social login doesn't work on your store. In our testing on your store it was working fine, so if you could share us some further details we would surely look into it. I assure you we would make it right whatsoever it takes.

not really sure how to end my subscription. so confused because there is 0 support whatsoever. simply uninstalling the app doesnt work.

Hi,

Thank you for review. However, I believe there's some understanding gap.

As I checked you've already uninstalled the app on Jul 9, 2024 with which the subscription is also cancelled.

Regarding the support, we received your email for the subscription cancellation on Jul 9, 2024 and the email was responded in 28 minutes to be very precise. Roughly at the same time app was uninstalled and review was given. Although we didn't receive any response back. Before this email, we received the last support request in 2022 which was promptly attended, but again we didn't receive any reply from your side.

I would also urge you to please check if your right email id registered with Shopify in case you're missing any communications.

Overall good but it has a basic issue, login options are loading very slow, it has to be fixed by the team

Thank you for using the Social Login on your store. Please see the attached screenshot for loading time of the app assets. You can see that app script is loading fast, and the app assets are completely cached so any subsequent loading will not send any remote request and will be fetched instantly.

But you may know that all the 3rd party apps and scripts are loaded by Shopify's asynchronous engine and given a timeslot, so this is not the time as how much time the app takes to load but it's the time when it's allowed to load. This is done to make sure that store's main page loading is not impacted and app scripts should load independently. Thats where you'll see that there's a lag in showing the login buttons. This is true for all the apps.

This can be improved by loading the app script directly instead of doing asynchronous loading. I can help in doing the changes. Let me know, if you want to go ahead.

Facebook log in works.. but others doesn't... Redirection Error when logging in.. using gmail, amazon , etc...

Wanted to check the mentioned issue, however I see you've disabled the login. Let me know, if its possible for you to enable it again and give me some more information so that I can have a look. Rest assured, we do our best to make sure that the app is on par with your expectations.
