i can't believe how easy it was to redesign my entire website with PlusSales. the website rebuilder feature saved me hours of work. just one click needed.
Support team is terrible. According to them, until your on a paid plan, they wont offer you support. UI/UX did not populate correctly on our theme for the mobile browsing version. They refused to fix the issue demonstrated unwillingness to help with delayed replies.
I don’t usually leave reviews but wanted to bring more attention to this app. I found it by accident while searching for a better way to do refunds. Everytime we give a refund, I would have to pay processing fees. And it takes about a week for the money to reach my customer’s bank account so that they can use it again and I end up paying twice the processing for no reason! It’s ridiculous. I don’t know how they expect us to pay all this processing fees. I’m discovering that Pabloo is actually pretty neat. I can now give store credit on the spot and there is no processing fees. Problem finally solved!
Just started using Pabloo at my store. It’s straightforward, does what it promises, and my customers are enjoying the convenience of store credit. Support was super helpful and they quickly built a feature I asked for.
IT's been a great addition to monitor our store credit and the team have been very helpful when contacted.
Easy to set up and does exactly what we need it to do. Really appreciate the basic functionality of the free account, which I was surprised was not already part of Shopify. We don't really need any of the advanced features but if we did I wouldn't hesitate to sign up for a paid account. Customer service was very quick to respond to an issue we were having with deposit amounts and get it straightened out.
Amazing App. New, Basic, does the job. Simple to use and has amazing support from the developer. We needed some features and Pabloo was superfast to add those.
• You can add/withdraw credits to a customer which are auto-applied at the checkout.
• You can make a page for the customer to see their balance and history (Wish this page could be inside the my-account section, but Shopify doesn't allow that)
• You can view the overall transaction statement and each user as well.
Few requests to the developer:
1. Please add a date range filter in the activity feed. When there are too many entries, it's difficult to search.
2. Our store is in INR but store credit only shows $ symbol. It should pick from store's default currency.
3. Future features could include store credit automation on user referrals, welcome credit, on putting reviews etc.

This app is awesome. Does what a store credit app should do without customer having to apply coupons on checkout.

A lot of the times a refund is very expensive for me and inconvientient for my customer. I always was okay giving them a refund but I hated going through such a lengthy process. I felt embarrassed when my customers asked "where is my refund". thank you.

Pabloo has a lot of fetures. All though if it was a voice over walking u through the app going step by step and guiding you through it would be very helpful because some people learn by vocal and some by nonvocal thank you
It was straightforward and didn't seem complicated, I just needed to be careful with the details. With a little patience and a good sense of timing, everything is lining up perfectly.
Getting started was a breeze and I found the instructions to be very clear and insightful.

I don’t think this app is for me, but I had a great experience with their customer support team and they were able to quickly build stuff .
I would of liked to have liked this app, but have spent more time with it than it is simply worth. Upgraded features do not work, support is slow to reply days or a week, can not even change subscription status. A lot of other apps out there that will work better, and have spent enough time for 2 weeks trying to make something work that simply isn't coded properly.
Currency symbol where it shows the credits on checkout is always USD $, as other had mentioned it should take into consideration the store currency setting - seems to be hard coded.
Will pay to use once the above is addressed.
This app is not just a store credit platform, it's a game-changer! I've tried several store credit apps before, but none of them lived up to Pabloo. It's effective, easy to set up, and even allows you to sell store credit. Plus, it's super user-friendly for customers.
The support team is truly exceptional. After initially feeling like I requested too much with my design alterations, they surprised me by completing them within hours! Their promptness and willingness to go the extra mile is truly commendable.
Honest Opinion :
Great and simple Store Credit system. Since this is a BRAND NEW App, its has limited features in the backend and frontend interface. But since its a very direct and bare system, It's been New Customer and New Shop Owner friendly.
The developers are active and are very fast to respond to any emails and concerns.
New App. Great Developers. Huge Potential .
