The app stopped after a while then I had very helpful telephone support. Overall I have a good impression of the UK worldwide.
Estoy contenta con la app, la elegí por que mi volumen de pedidos por el momento es muy bajo y otras empresas de transporte me exigían un mínimo de pedidos al mes y a un coste alto, con esta app no tengo esas restricciones y puedo elegir en cada ocasión la empresa de transporte que mejor se adapte a mis necesidades y con diferentes precios, algunos bastante económicos. No le pongo 5 ⭐️ porque con el plan Basic de Shopify no puedo aprovechar todas las ventajas que ofrece la app y los envíos los tengo que hacer desde la web de Packlink.
J'ai une bon contact avec les personnes qui sont tout a fait dévouées, la simplicité d'utilisation laisse bcp de temps pour d'autres tâches tout en restant compétitif
J'utilise Packlink sur ma boutique Shopify depuis plus d'un an.
Je suis globalement satisfait du service rendu. Cela facilite la gestion des livraisons et les prix sont intéressants. J'enlève une étoile, car, le service pourrait être encore amélioré un peu, sur la gestion des factures (à l'unité) et le suivi de certains problèmes.
App works well never experienced any problems while using it. Tried other apps and they all are similar in operation so it purely comes down to the cost of the labels and these were cheaper than the other providers that we tried

We're using the app in Spain. They're clearly working hard on improving the coverage in Spain and the functionality of the Packlink Pro service, but right now there are some pros and cons. Pros:
- Without paying a monthly fee and without having to negotiate with each shipping service you get access to lower shipping prices.
- Addresses are loaded automatically into the Pro platform and emails are sent automatically to customers. - Label printing is very easy. - Customer service is given by a dedicated person, and Renata is great. But the availability is only Monday through Friday during business hours, and e-commerce happens 24-7. Cons
- There are separate platforms for packlink.es, pro.packlink.es, and pro.packlink.com and information isn't shared across these platforms. It's confusing, but also for some services (like COD) you need to use the regular, non-pro version and this information isn't saved in Shopify, and you don't get better pricing.
- With the basic shopify plan, unless you sign up for a full year, the integration is only partial. You're unable to add services inside the app, and you're unable to give prices directly to customers via shopify. You basically export the order info to packlink pro platform to book shipping. - Once you book a service it can't be changed. If you make a mistake and you need to cancel it, the process is not immediate. Also, the customer was sent the original shipping information already. You need to inform them manually of changes.
- No support for C.O.D. currently in the Spanish platform (pago contrareembolso).

A parte la difficoltà di interagire con il servizio clienti, nel complesso mi trovo bene. Vorrei avere un referente da chiamare in caso di bisogno, al numero che mi è stato dato non risponde mai nessuno
Molto comodo! Si ha a disposizione una vasta gamma di corrieri senza sottoscrivere nessun contratto. I prezzi sono molto vantaggiosi.
