We can't fault the amazing and we mean AMAZING customer service and support. Developers who truly listen to the needs of their customers with updates flowing through within days or actively working on them.
We turned to this App because other "return" apps just didn't meet our needs for us to be able to provide a seamless customer experience, but Parcel Panel Returns & Exchanges has filled the gap in the market. Thank You!!

Just started, and customer service is great so far! I am excited to see what this app brings.
Fast, efficient, and willing to help. I appreciate the assistance. This was my first contact for support, so I have no complaints thus far. The product is easy to use as well.

Less then 24 hours with this app so cannot judge much about the app itself, it does appear until this point very good and for free: excellent! There are some bugs that i am working on with their help: the Service is quick, friendly (Donna) and efficient. Also they appear very open to suggestions for possible improvements.
I'm a newbie and just started using this APP. But I think this feature will be of great help to independent website merchants in improving customer service quality and sales. At the same time, I would like to thank customer service Kath, who helped me a lot!
