Great app, great support, the only thing is that I didn't realize that notification emails about returns should be turned on manually.
This is an awesome app with phenomenal features. It makes the return/refund process much easier. All you have to do is direct customers to a link! Plus, all of the most essential features are available in the free version like: excluded products not available for returns, custom eligible return dates, shipping couriers accepted, discounted shipping rates, customized packing/customs slips, and a plethora of other customizations.
