The customer service is fantastic and the implementation into Shopify is easy and seamless. I desperately wish they had an auto approval feature where the return labels were automatically available in the customer return portal but hopefully they will implement this feature asap.
Since we started using ParcelPanel Returns, the experience has been excellent! The tool is easy to use, feature-rich, and makes the return process smooth and efficient, saving our team a lot of time. Their support service is also fast and professional—every time we had a question, they responded quickly and solved it right away. Overall, both the usability of the tool and the speed of service are impressive. Highly recommended!
Customer service is excellent, and the Shopify integration is straightforward.
However, the customer flow is only seamless when the refund is returned to the original payment method. When selecting discounts, store credit, or other alternatives, the flow duplicates the shipping requirements and incorrectly totals the refund instead of applying the chosen discount.
