The customer service is fantastic and the implementation into Shopify is easy and seamless. I desperately wish they had an auto approval feature where the return labels were automatically available in the customer return portal but hopefully they will implement this feature asap.
Since we started using ParcelPanel Returns, the experience has been excellent! The tool is easy to use, feature-rich, and makes the return process smooth and efficient, saving our team a lot of time. Their support service is also fast and professional—every time we had a question, they responded quickly and solved it right away. Once an item has been refunded in Shopify why do i have to then go back in to returns panel and action it again in there - its a pain and just more admin
