Fabulous app - Been using this App for a while and it does everything i need to run my business! Imports orders automatically adds tracking information, saves me so much time!
Two weeks go by and still no support :-( Struggling with this - it doesn't talk back to Shopify now - so when an order is booked the customer's order isn't updated with tracking or fulfilled. As P2G isn't a courier option in Shopify that then makes it hard to update manually. It used to work (really well) - but hasn't for a few weeks. We have asked for support 3 times but had no resolution.

It's good to pre-load sales and address info, but it keeps asking me for the size of parcel and not allowing me to add this option, despite stating the weight and "small parcel".
This app could be really great and save a lot of time if it was fixed.
Thank you for your review, Sophie. This issue has been captured and raised internally with our App developers. In the meantime, your issue can be solved by setting some rules in our rule manager. I sent an email with further instructions to assist you.
This service is a good idea, but if you have any kind of dispute or need to contact about missing or late deliveries, it is NOT good. I don't rate this service at all and will be looking for an alternative. UPDATE: I have increased this rating by one star because I have received direct assistance from Parcel2Go. They still need to improve their communication when parcels/pallets go astray, as its difficult to keep customers updated when its difficult to get an update from P2G.
I had high hopes for this. Although in some respects it saves time (I like the automated despatch notes especially), it does still feel really clunky. I seem to get endless duplicates of orders as if they just keep getting imported and that slows things down as I have to keep deleting the extra ones, ungrouping and regrouping things. It also doesn't seem to remember the settings I put in - I always use DHL Collect and no matter how often I put that as a setting, it still defaults to DHL Drop Off. So - not bad, but definitely lots of room for improvement.

You get what you pay for, no support for lost or late parcels and absolutly no support contacts. They will also bill you any back or additional charges after the event. Use at your own risk!!

Smart send is awful to use, I still have no idea how to actually send things. It doesn't talk back to shopify so I'm better off booking orders manually
It doesn't show the correct price for the order, so customers end up paying more taxes as there is no way to edit the shipment value once imported.
This is a ok and workable free solution. Is not as intuitive as other apps but speeds up the process so I guess its got it's place among other apps in this store. Saying this - it definitely needs improvements and more thought.
Very easy to use and a better site than the one we are currently using. We has to find another provider as just before Christmas during our busiest time nearly all of the couriers were no longer available and the prices to send the parcels nearly doubled. We contacted them immediately and was advised that these were the only options. We tried them again after the Christmas but the same happened.

The first couple of weeks were OK. After this, the integration began sporadically failing to pull through orders at random - all orders missing from one date, two or three missing from others but with no pattern and completely at random resulting in missed orders, customer complaints and alot of admin to rectify. I attempted to use the CSV function to work around it after getting no support from Parcel2Go only to find endless issues resulting in data still not being transferred as the Shopify CSV and Parcel2Go mapping would simply not work together no matter how many edits I made.
Prices shown for certain couriers became totally inaccurate to the point that once I had applied shipping showing at around £4 per package and reached checkout, the cost skyrocketed to between £30-£50 per package, resulting in having to start the process over again with alternative options. Set parcel sizes would not apply as they should have, order addresses that were accurate and correct would show faults that had to be manually edited despite being completely fine. All of this meant that a supposedly simple and timesaving process that should have taken minutes ended up taking hours. Live chat offer no solutions, they just tell you to email the help address - emails went totally ignored, literally no response at all, for almost two months now. Filed a refund request to withdraw my balance from prepay to go elsewhere, also ignored. Chased it up and received confirmation of the refund request and the money was removed from prepay but not refunded. Chased up again, was told it had been processed just fine and that it would be another 2-3 business days to receive to refund- this came an went and still no refund, money still not accounted for. Several interactions to chase this up and still just being endlessly told it's been referred to the refunds department.
I hugely regret using this integration, it has caused so many problems which have taken significant time and admin to resolve with absolutely with no care or help from Parcel2Go.
Having spent the better part of £1k through them and being invited to the 'VIP' program (which promises alot but in practice is essentially the same as a.regular account), I had hoped the support would atleast be decent at a basic level and that issues would be raised and resolved. As soon as I actually get my money back, firmly secure in my PayPal, I will be deleting it.
