This app provided me with the tools to set up my shipping rates exactly how I wanted. I would say the support I received was one of the best on the Shopify platform. Cheers to Alex and the team!

Although I abhor the modern support ecosystem (back and forth emails, non-people (AI and machine) chats, pages and pages of online documentation and links and sub links and sub sub links, etc.) I feel Parcelify does an excellent job in quickly and efficiently addressing customers needs, questions and issues. I would highly recommend trying them for your Shipping Rates needs. My only regret is not being able to rate them with 6 stars.

Works perfectly for our needs. We needed to offer free shipping, but exclude a certain subset of products, and Parcelify did the trick. Easy to setup and configure!

I have just started using this app. its great, took me a little while to work out exactly how to configure it, but once i did its fairly simple and straight forward. Cheers for a great app

Very useful & perfectly working as a custom shipping rule.

To those reviewing the app just one star because of the required plan, I would ask you to consider that this requirement is imposed by Shopify (bummer I know) and not the developer, and that this requirement is stated there so it shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone.
I contacted Shopify and was told that if I pay the yearly suscription for the $29 plan, I was offered the Real Time Shipping thing (beside the discount), so if you're on the $29 plan you could consider asking a Shopify agent if they could enable the option for you with the anual suscription.
ANYWAY, for the review, the App was a bit confusing at first with the Regex rules (I had never seen those before in my life!) but after reading a bit about it I was able to set some rules and now my shipping costs are tailored to my needs. Great app and you can't go wrong with it being free.

I received unbelievably amazing support from Parcelify on a weekend, both Sat and Sun morning! Not only were my specific needs answered by Nick, he helped out on the backend and set up rates for me. I’m now able to ship varied items in different packages at different rates. I definitely recommend adding Parcelify so that you can get your shipping the way you want it.
