Parcelify: Shipping Rates

AMAZING customer service! I had no idea what I was doing and emailed telling them exactly what I wanted to do. In less than 24 hours I received an email requesting information from me on the set up I wanted to do and again, in under 24 hours I received a detailed instruction email personalized to me and my shop. I had a little difficulty as I worked with it due to my own lack of knowledge on the tech end and they were so accommodating in providing screenshots and even the exact settings because I have a lot of custom variants on drop shipping items. Aaron with customer service worked with me for about 4 days back and forth with around 11 emails and my shop is up and running. Thank you so much! This product is exactly what I need for being able to use integrated services from websites who do fulfillment with shipping with flat rates.

We need to ship things ranging in weight from 500g to 100kg, some of which we deliver ourselves, some are delivered by a courier and some by Australia Post. This app made it easy to set up lots of different shipping rates based on price and or weight.

Flexible app! Excellent support! I demanded for no less than these and Parcelify delivers. My store requires a complicated shipping rate configuration; I emailed customer support and before I knew it, a team of experts was working on it including the co-founder! They even worked on weekends to further perfect the overall set-up. Now my store: (1) offers Free shipping worldwide for purchases $xx.xx and above but only if these come from the same location/app; (2) limits shipping to US only for a certain group of products; (3) offers Free shipping to a certain country for a certain group of products; (4) and so much more. Works well and pretty simple to set up once you understand how the app works. I definitely suggest reading the getting started section, plus the documentation and faqs on their website before getting started. Needed to contact support once and received a reply within a reasonable time with exactly what I needed. Recommended.

Great app. It took a bit of help to set up my rates but it does exactly what I wanted and the support is brilliant - quick, helpful and efficient.

I had a lot of issues trying to get shipping to work for my store, with the different shipping rules that i needed. I contacted all app providers and Parcelify were the ones to respond swiftly, but also were very helpful and have provided and enormous amount of support (including many examples of how to set up the shipping specific to my needs). Parcelify is powerful enough to handle all the different shipping rules i have needed to run for my store, including having two separate suppliers and different shipping rates for various products and shipping zones. I also can not believe how cost effective Parcelify are with the app charges, for all there app does. From Home Serene, a big thank you and a huge recommendation for others to use this app for their shipping needs.

We spent 2 days beating our heads against a wall trying to find the right solution. Parcelify resolved every issue within minutes once we downloaded the app! We offer free local delivery to certain zip codes in our area, we are not food delivery, we did not need the extensive calendar with pick your day and time for delivery.
