Parcelmind has improved both our internal operations and customer experience. Previously, we were using Blue Dart API services with another Shopify application and order processing around 500 orders daily took us 3 to 5 hours, which was extremely frustrating and time-consuming. Shipping labels download instantly, order tracking is accurate and live, and our customers receive timely notifications.
