App works great. But it sometimes misleads tracking number with wrong carrier. I had to ask contact support every time to correct them. I hope there is a feature that store end can revise carrier by ourselves. Other than that, customer support was fast enough and always solve my issues. Thank you for your help.
Had a few issues with Royal Mail Uk tracking. support were responsive and the issue seems to have been fixed
apart from that the app has been great and has a good feature set which helps with customer satisfaction

The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, making it simple to monitor the status of shipments. However, I wish the free plan included an automatic translation feature to improve accessibility for international users. Despite this, Parcel Panel remains a valuable tool for keeping customers informed about their orders.
Until now, great customer service. Exploring & Testing the App now, therefore I couldn't give 5 stars at the moment.

I love this app because it is very simple and ease to use.
It has so many carrier partners included in its basic plan.
I just want the main thing to manually update the courier partner whom the app shows is different from the original one.

I just enabled the email notifications and lets see how much effect it will have on the number of compliants we get about not sending the shipping status as often as possible after implementing parcel panel
