I love this app, specially the branded tracking page plus the product recommendation. However, my customer did not receive email notification that his order was delivered. Could you help please?

The customer service was great! Got 30 free extra quota and a bonus (they removed branding for me!) Haven't experienced the app by itself yet but it looks really well at this moment.
