OMG if you need a perfect tracking page and outstanding customer service THIS IS YOUR APP, I am from Mx and Shopify somehow cannot include Estafeta under their carriers but Parcel can, so I had to manually enter the customer tracking page under the URL section and because this is my main carrier ParcelPanel team made nice customization for my rules to show the correct Carrier and correct status, I will use this application forever!
I use this application because it provides real tracking information for my clients. I recommend it because it is really effective
easy to use! coming from another order tracking app that would not track all orders, this is a better option and works great

Great App, does what it says only thing is the dashboard part needs a lot of work compared to apps like Aftership. Would be great if they added a way to filter orders by country or shipping carrier instead of just order number and tracking number.

HORROR - DO NOT INSTALL
(writing this from my 3rd store)
I thought this app works for a long time, and I've turned on option so my customers get notified when their order is Ready, In transit or Delivered.
But this fkin app does not work. It said Order READY all the time when the clearly orders were delivered and my customers opened up disputes few days before they recieved their orders and they all won dispute causing me to lose thousands of USD because of this fked up app. DO NOT INSTALL TRUST ME:
You'll regret it, it's full of bugs and doesn't track properly. I'm going to take legal action against this app and they'll see how it is whne you get fked up

We have solved this issue already and all your orders are updated with the latest tracking info, you could confirm it on your side. Works well, my only complaint was by default it would label some tracking numbers by cainiao when the tracking number was really USPS, making the package untrackable.
Best tracking app on the app store so far, with tons of customizations! the support is blazing fast. Highly recommended! 10 STARS!!!
