Muito bom. Vi que tem bastante recursos. Mas estou tendo problema com um pedido que não está sendo rastreado. O app não está detectando o pedido, mesmo com ele cadastrado no sistema da loja. O suporte também tem sido muito bom.

The reason why the order hasn't been tracked could be due to a carrier mismatch error or the need to manually click the sync button.

I usually don't give app reviews, but since this is an app I use in all my 14 stores, I totally recommend it!

Great and easy set up. Seamless platform.
We've just installed the Parcel Panel app to help our customers better track their parcels and Jessca from the support team provided great customer service in the initial setup. So far all is well!
