great communication, quick fixes. plan is on the pricier side but it is what it is

App works great. But it sometimes misleads tracking number with wrong carrier. I had to ask contact support every time to correct them. I hope there is a feature that store end can revise carrier by ourselves. Other than that, customer support was fast enough and always solve my issues. Thank you for your help.

I love it i recommend you guys to make atleast more than 20 tracking order. make it like 30-50

Had a few issues with Royal Mail Uk tracking. support were responsive and the issue seems to have been fixed

apart from that the app has been great and has a good feature set which helps with customer satisfaction

I love this app because it is very simple and ease to use.

It has so many carrier partners included in its basic plan.

I just want the main thing to manually update the courier partner whom the app shows is different from the original one.

Despite this, Parcel Panel remains a valuable tool for keeping customers informed about their orders.

Super helpful, able to block China tracking, most features are available in the free plan one way or another but regardless, pricing is pretty fair and support is super helpful too
