wonderful service and very active support providers
This is the best tracking App. It has been functioning wonderfully and the support has been just awesome. The user interface of the App is also awesome and clean. Lexie is Always very helpful.
They helped very quickly and effectively
Very good app, all the infos are where they should be.
All the needed ones but not too much.

i like this app. easy to set up. very good for dropshippers as they can set to omit some words from tracking page like aliexpess,china. so the customer can't know where the package is coming from.
This app does more or less everything that we need it to do. This apps deserves 5 stars, but here are 2 things that we would love to see improved. 1) Exporting the tracking numbers does not includes the different SKUs. It would be great if that were the case as we have different warehouses and we need to send the reports to different places. 2) We would love to see improved are the webhooks. Right now we receive the exact same notification several times. If these could be filtered by Parcel Panel, that would be great!

I'm impressed by the speed of the support, that's the first thing I look for any app I install, how responsive they are. They are fabulous. Also we were missing a carrier and within less than 2 weeks they added it for us. Prior them I was using another software for tracking it was expensive and never as fast as them.
This app is great for tracking orders. The customer interface looks great and is super easy to navigate. Also their customer service is great! Donna helped me with everything I needed. 10/10 highly recommend!

It's a shame that we even need apps like Parcel Panel, given the unfortunate stereotype that anything from China is inherently "cheap." What I find amusing, though, is that the same keyboard warriors who express this concern are probably using Chinese tech toys to voice their opinions.
Nevertheless, this app is a gem, and I'm grateful for its existence as a tool to combat such stereotypes. Not only does Parcel Panel work seamlessly, but the customer service is also exceptional – they respond almost immediately to any inquiries.
In a world where perceptions can overshadow reality, it's refreshing to have a tool like Parcel Panel to set the record straight. Highly recommended!
