This app is absolutely stunning! best tracking app on this platform, I was getting emails from worried customers about order status because of the long processing times and a couple cancelled purchases but with parcel panel my customers know whats going on with there product from ordering til delivery THANKS!

Great app! Superb customer service! They have indeed exceeded my expectations. The app is intuitive and is a good fit for my store.

The app was of great help to track my order from CJDropshipping. And the customer help was great, they helped me add my tracking number to my store in no time. fully recommended.

Overall, this app worked OK, but there were consistent problems with the app not recognising the correct courier. The live chat team are helpful and were able to fix these issues when I contacted them. But every time I checked, I would find another courier that was incorrect and saying the order has not been delivered, when in fact it had been delivered. After numerous times back and forth with live chat, it appears this is an ongoing issue and I don't see the point in paying for an app when I have to constantly check if it's working properly.

Very easy to use and amazing customer services.
This also helps my customers to keep upto date with their parcels and saves me time and money :)

The best app for dropshipping, hands down. I was using another app prior to discovering ParcelPanel, and this app blows it OUT OF THE WATER. Also, great customer service, fast to respond, and helpful. You are able to customize the location from which customers see your products being shipped from. Very helpful, and a incredibly useful upsell "similar products" tab based off what said customer purchased. Genius.
