I've used this app to track a few packages so far, everything worked as described. Set up and customisation was really simple and I'm happy to have found this app so roll on with the orders!! Also looks very professional!

At first very bad experience with elly support agent. She just confused me and didn't understand my queries. but jessie came and helped me. she cleared my doubts and made me clear. but the app is great and has very good features.

Lexie one of their customer support representatives is amazing. All our questions were answered professionally and very kindly. She has shown no signs of frustration through any questions, and provided screenshots and articles. Anyone who gets Lexie as their customer support is in for a treat.
