I like the app, especially the fact that it changes the statuses in the native shopify tracking which helps with various marketing apps.
This app gets the job done! I've been using it for several years now and I'm very happy with it. It's easy to set up, to customize, it seamlessly integrates with my store and makes the work so much easier. The support has always been outstanding, very fast response-time and always with a quick solution at hand. In my 5+ years with Shopify this is an e-commerce essential, one of very few apps, you simply need!
the app is great and the support as well, since using Parcel Panel i getting less emails from costumer asking about their orders, this one is a must have - 5 stars

I have used parcel panel for almost 3 years now and i've never even thought about using a different company. Their support responds almost instantly and they give out so many free upgrades to people it's great.
