Wir nutzen den Rechnungsprinter Pro seit ein paar Monaten. Neben der GOBD konformen Rechnungserstellung und Ablage, sticht vor allem die einfache Einrichtung und Bedienung hervor. Preis-Leistung ist für uns stimmig.
Die App macht genau was sie soll. In Verbindung mit Pathway DATEV ist es eine perfekte Ergänzung und löst viele Probleme. Die Rechnungslayouts können angepasst und lokalisiert werden. Der Download für den Kunden ist einfach umgesetzt und man hat eine performante, GOBD konforme Ablage der Dateien.
Es werden leider alle möglichen Rechnungsnummern durcheinander gewürfelt und doppelt vergeben... ist zumindest in der aktuellen Version Steuerrechtlich nicht einsetzbar.
Moin Liebes Lollenstein Team, basierend auf euren Einstellungen wurden Rechnungen erst bei Bezahlung erstellt, bei machen Zahlungsanbietern (Klarna,manuell) kommt es somit zu einer Zeitverzögerung, sprich die Rechnungsnummern werden nach "paid" Date erstellt. Man könnte auch die Auswahl treffen "Rechnung erstellen bei Bestelleingang", dann würden die Nummern sofort fortlaufend sein.
