I had problems with an order not going through to the customer. I received an email error with this problem including a bunch of code stuff, which was very concerning to me. I reached out to Pendora support and they got back to me within 2 minutes and helped me through resolving this issue and reassuring me that they would work to fix it moving ahead. This is important as I run a business and do not have time for any mistakes, any flaws in the business set up. It needs to run very smoothly so my customers experience a smooth journey with us.

The only downside is that to enable the sender email to a custom one, I have to add a handful of DNS records to my domain provider records, which is time-consuming and confusing.

The app is good. There were a few glitches at times but the team is supportive and prompt. Najmus particularly helped me a lot throughout my journey. Highly recommended

I have got immediate help from the Support, Najmus helped me with the product and even removed the watermark to help me with the product check. Also I have sent a check file as to how it will look if someone orders the file. but on my gmail there was a pop up , where it says this message looks suspicious. If that is the case it will be tough for me to sell the products online and to create trust with the clients will be tough too.

Pendora works great for digital downloads, it's super smooth and easy to set up. What really stood out was the support though! Najmus actually took the time to manually check my setup himself to make sure everything was running perfectly. He even tested the orders and uploads. Can't give 5 stars as I've only just started using the app, however, so far so good. I reached out to verify and test all was working as expected and Vijaya was very helpful, quick and polite and got this sorted out for me.
