Support: Messages can be ignored for days, with no replies.
Fulfillment: Orders are not fulfilled on time, and order statuses are only updated in Shopify after delivery, so clients don’t see tracking numbers or other details.

Submitted a request for customer service twice with no response. App is difficult to use and is not suitable for loading groups of products at one time. App didn't list for me any products that could be used on Shopify store sales channel (all products were POS). This app shouldn't be listed on Shopify.
