Opinew is a great app. I had a great on-boarding call with Paul. He was very informative and was able to tell me straight away which features I should be implementing. This app is a great asset to any Shopify store.

Customer service is very kind and helpful to me.

Great app with a great team!
I only wish they had a more though out system for importing reviews when you need a lot of them but they were quick to help out and adapt to our needs when asked and that more than made up for it!

The customer service is really good, the shop management really helped me a lot, and the service will make people feel very good about this software!

Opinew Product Reviews is the best app and it has excellent service. The process to import reviews was easy and quick and Emira, the support staff from Opinew was very helpful.

Better than Judge.me for sure the support is excellent, was using judge me for 2 years but they started acting up and trying to force me to pay for every little interaction

So far so good - really good customer support which is necessary for an app like this - I think its tremendously valuable to be able to import and use reviews from other platforms it makes the reviews themselves a lot more valuable to be able to use them universally. Great idea
