I just created and published my first contact form. I struggled with how to install it change the size and the placement of the form on my page. I reached out to support and they were very quick to do this for me. Thank you Lily and team!

Pify Form Builder is user-friendly and makes it incredibly easy to create and edit forms for your Shopify store. The app also also allows you to manage responses. Highly recommended.

Great app. I moved over from Jotform and glad I did.
Takes a couple of goes to get used to the platform but real easy once you get going. Got forms all over my website now and its increasing enquiries.
Had a couple of IT fixes required and questions. Lily and the team responded very quickly. They'll keep helping until its resolved.
