Being new to Shopify and e-commerce/drop-shipping, it's a minefield once you get going and it's easy to go down a rabbit hole/follow the shiny coin, This app though has to be one of the best, only just starting using it but its a breeze and makes you look like a professional in no time, it's great for filling out your store with fantastic looking products, would highly recommend, I cant comment on the product quality themselves or the delivery/order process, yet from the support and tutorial videos that are included within the app i have no reservations that they will deliver as promise. Look like an A-class company

Why is PillowProfits app in shopify down? It has been down since yesterday... I need some answers now?

What a great app! Very easy to use and what great products! Lots of helpful training too! I highly recommend!

Great quality products but they messed up a lot of my orders. I've had over 20 complaint this month, about wrong sizes, shipping not the whole orders and also over 3 weeks delay time of Express Shipping which is suppose to take 2 weeks. It takes a week to response to my email which they always left me hanging and get to a point I made up some stuff to tell my customers.

I'm trying to find a new suppliers for my stuff at the moment.

Great App, Easy to configure and easy to use.

I don't know man. Pillow Profits definitely has potential but my orders are not being shipped on time anymore. They take weeks to reply to a single email. I ordered a few products myself over 2 months ago but I haven't received my stuff and it still shows up as in Hawthorne. The last time they shipped any orders was on the 16th of June. My orders are overdue. I really suggest you guys hire more customer representatives. You guys are not only going to ruin small businesses but also yours. I get that there's a pandemic but the least you can do is hire more employees to answer our emails. Your customer service is awful. You guys should SERIOUSLY consider hiring more staff.

Pillow Profits is an easy app to use. There are plenty of training videos and customer support to answer questions.

This app is awesome. I love the selection of products that are available to have custom designs! Also I love the automation and the shipping being all taken care of!
