For now, this has proven to be the best app for Print On Demand products. There are no hidden costs, and you don't have to read in between the lines to see how much the shipping costs.
I would like them to improve the representation of designs on heels so that all views of the heel look 100% correct.
Also, MORE PRODUCTS. We love the app, and we want to switch to using only Pillow Profits, but we need more products.
TERRIBLE- stay away! Awful customer service, long production times then way they finally do send packages they are not getting to my customers on time. This has been a total disaster.
Your oldest order in our system went into production less than 21 days ago and all orders were produced and shipped out on time.
Our production times on masks are 3-5 days, and shipping times are currently 15-25 working days.
Your customers will receive their masks over the next 10-15 days as the packages make their way through the USPS system.
I have personally responded to your emails throughout the last two weeks and advised you several times to NOT sell and seek other fulfillment partners if you are uncomfortable with the production and shipping times that we currently have.
Fuck this scam app, they never full fill the product and support seller.
I will never paid any fee for this app again, scam app

This company is a scam. I've been waiting a month for a tracking number and my order doesn't go out to the customer I had to give the refund, I send a lot of mail and nothing, you shouldn't cheat people, you lose your money... if you are starting a business don't hire it.....

We are regularly updating our blog with informative resources you can share with your customers about shipping delays caused by the Covid-19 crisis and when we expect the situation surrounding air freight to improve.
If you’re uncomfortable with longer than usual shipping times we highly recommend shutting off ads or temporarily or switching to a supplier elsewhere that isn’t facing the challenges of international logistics delays. We will continually update you via email and our blog with exactly what is going on and when we expect our shipping to normalize.
We appreciate your patience and we look forward to seeing rapid improvements to our service on the other side of this crisis.

Okay I am starting to panic. As a new customer, they are providing me zero communication or feedback. I have place several chunky $$$ orders and I am experiencing what others are stating in the reviews. Pillow Profits... PLEASE don't let us down. We all understand the current situation but don't screw us by being "grossly" late and totally disappearing from the scene with no communications. PLEASE...
Received the reply - respectful and certainly understandable. I am totally sympathetic to the situation. From a customers POV, drop-shippers should understand - the oversees sources you choose to use and the shipping situations are an extension of your business. Just an opinion. But I understand and feel your pain.
We are here and your orders will be produced on time. I saw your orders were placed less than a week ago. It takes 3-5 days to produce the items you ordered, and our shipping for those items is currently taking 15-25 working days.
With our new shipping method, delivery times are consistent and there are no extreme delays .
Don’t be fooled by the recent negative reviews – these are mostly newbie users who signed up during the Covid-19 pandemic and don’t know how to handle their customers if packages are not delivered in 15-20 days.
We have been fulfilling POD orders for over 4.5 years. This health crisis will subside eventually and our shipping times will normalize as the global economy reopens.

Very, very hard to cancel subscription. Just be advised about that. Other than that, cool concept.
Very unprofessional service. They charge a high monthly fee, and do not refund prorated amounts depending on when you request cancelations. Not to mention that their platform is hard to use, it requires exact image sizes to be placed in each product, and in general it makes it hard to prototype and try different variations.
I wanted to love these guys, I really did! The product selection is bad ass, but if you really want to destroy your store, be my guest. No joke. I believe in providing good customer service and ive had a 5 Star rating on my shop selling 2 years and within 2 months down to 4 stars. Before I signed up I was like oh the reviews are not good, but I also knew this was during covid and new online sellers came about, thinking to myself rookies!. So I decided eh lets try them out. Everything was great for a month or so and then BAM! List of issues.
1. Products get shipped but the tracking isnt updated sometimes until like days after it ships.
2. Manual orders customer address can not be updated, so if customer changes address. Good luck! It's gonna cost ya.
3. Orders will ship and just sit in China for 15-25 days or forever in purgatory. Has happened multiple times and again will cost you cause your customers are pissed. So ive also had to refund them as well.
4. Not 100% but there may be issues with products. More specific face masks. Ive had customers give me 1 star ratings and ive had customers give me 5 star ratings. So not sure there but I just know this was a big one for me that effected my store along with a set of boots. I dont know if its just customers being dicks or if the quality is just not that good.
You guys, if you could get your shipping problem down, you guys would rock it in the POD world but as of right now you guys are not there. Whether ya build a plant in the US or something, but I can see this problem not going good for you guys.
On that note, sellers you make your own decision if you want to use Pillow Profits or not. Me right now I am slowly transferring all my designs over to another POD company. I cant let this be a cancer to my store, but this is an honest review and sharing what has happen to me and my store. Thanks!
