ATTENTION: I can only warn everyone about this app. After you install this app in order to test it, it not only removes some of your source code, it also adds code to your shopify shop. And when you unistall the app, the changes in your source code will not be undone, at least parts of it. Many of the changes stays as they are and you can take care of removing the code or restoring the removed code yourself. I needed a programmer for this. This is not how an app should work.

After looking at the support tickets you had with our customer service team (available 22-24 hours per day) it looks like most of this review is reflecting issues that were never discussed. In each case when you raised any issue with our team your questions were well researched and handled professionally.
The way the app is able to install/uninstall code is how Shopify requires us to run the app.

I would not recommend to a friend.
Horrible customer service.. they invited me to use their extra service to speed up my website. They promised to get job done within 2 weeks but ended up nothing done for 1 month. I would have given 0 star if possible

Very poor service, very poor app...........
After over two years of use, customer support became increasingly unwilling to help with the problem and eventually uninstalled

Reached out to customer service about the error "Cannot Connect to Search Console An unexpected error occured, refresh to try again." on Wed, Jun 30 2021 and while they did contact us back it's now Jul 22 and the problem has not been fixed. We are on the Paid plan but if this continues much longer it may be time to switch to another SEO plugin.

Very Confusing app. No tutorials or information given.
It automatically changes all your pages names. So in the meantime of figuring out their platform, your whole website pages are renamed. There are no quicklinks to edit the SEO suggestions, just learn how.
There are no suggestions for character length when editing page titles.
Just a weird overpriced seo service. Sent them an email for support a week ago and did not hear back. Sent them a new one. So this review is subject to change.

3. Finally, we have hundreds of support articles and videos in our app.
We are always working to make our app easier to use and we are sorry when it's too complex for our users.
We used this app for 2 days, it totally ruined our theme and we had to load a backup.... The product pages would not load correctly and the related products feature we use did not work after PLUGINSEO was installed.
They tell you what to change on the code side, we had PLUGINSEO do it for us. Even though they changed the coding their system checks still picked up the same issues

Hi Roger, As discussed on email, after investigating this I can see that it was not our app that ruined your theme.
Since we don't have access to your shop I can't pinpoint what did. It must be a different app or developer. I'd be happy to help you pin down what it was: it can be confusing to diagnose issues like this! The team here has over 7 years experience with that and we won't charge you.

I see you had the app installed for just under a day https://dsh.re/df378, Libby did the code install and then you asked a questioned about what happens when you uninstall which Aiza answered.
The code install takes place 100% in the HTML head of your shop. This means it does not alter anything visible on the page and it doesn't interfere with other features of your store.
I've sent you an email to get more details on this. Concerned and want to get to the bottom of it!

Upon checking we see the issue is not with our structured data. You have 3 sets of structured data. The warnings that you are getting are from the other structured data and not ours.
What we can advise is for you to get in touch with your theme developer and they will have a better understanding on how the other 2 sets of structured data works.
