PopSpin ‑ Spin Wheel Popup

So far I have been really happy with the ease of setup and the customer interactivity of Pop Spin. I have significantly increased my email subscribers and when I was have an issue due to a glitch, they fixed it right away.

Update: a bot came on to my website and added about 10,000 contacts using the popspin. I reached out to popspin and they offered to help me remove the fraudulent contacts by adding them to my Shopify admin. They only wanted access to my contacts. After several days all of these fraudulent contacts were still there and I reached out to their Tech Support to inquire about the status of the removal of the fraudulent contacts. They did not respond to my email and now I am worried about my legitimate email contacts and whether or not their information has been compromised by allowing a popspin developer to be an admin in my Shopify.

Proceed with caution...

2nd Update: the developer reassured me that they are the only ones working on the app and that my contacts are safe. They also tried to assist me with resolving the bot issue but I've already taken care of it. They also informed me that they had taken measures to prevent this thing from happening again.

I've just started using this app and I love it! Really great way to engage my website visitors during the busy holiday period. It's really easy to use and you can manage all the offers directly from the app.

Was excatly what i needed! I wanted the wheel to have some customization and the app was quick to help to achieve excatly what i requested. We collection many emails and it was a huge succes!
