I use this app to help me with automated pop-ups. So far, it's been good and the customer support is awesome. I had trouble connecting to Shopify and they responded within an hour with help.

Poptin helped me make a pop-up banner for discount codes on my website with Shopify. It took only a little tinkering, and the design process was very easy with lots of small understandable steps. I love that the app itself does all the work of adding the code, setting triggers, and targeting different types of customers rather than making me try to figure out all the complicated bits. Using the Free version right now, for which there seem to be no current catches, but might go to the Basic paid version sometime in the future.

I've been a web developer for over 7 years. During this time, I had to deal with customer support a lot of time on different problems.
