Such a functional and versatile popup builder I thought at first. Really enjoyed the way you can customize your campaigns at so many levels.
But then it started to glitch and after reaching out to support stopped displaying at all. There's no option to simply cancel your paid plan and you have to reach out to them by email.

I installed app a few days ago. I got held up with settings- did not understand percent setting in trigger. no explanation available. I attempted to contact by email and the support chat. Days later no response. thanks for wasting my time. Shopify you need to start vetting these useless apps and verifying reviews. Do you think I enjoy sitting here trying broken useless apps. major annoyance.
