This is our company’s first ever Shopify review, and it is disappointing that it has to be a negative one. We are paying for Post Studio’s highest plan at $19.99 per month, yet our issue has been treated as if it does not matter at all.
The app worked perfectly for a long time and then suddenly stopped connecting to our Instagram account last week with no warning and no changes on our end. Everything on our side is correctly configured. Our Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Business Suite are fully connected and verified. Meta Support confirmed there are no issues on their end and specifically stated that the problem lies with Post Studio.
Since then, we have reached out to Post Studio support multiple times with screenshots, detailed explanations, and full documentation. The responses we received were one-line, copy-paste replies that ignored the details we provided. Some even contained spelling mistakes. We have now waited over 24 hours with no acknowledgment or real update, despite clearly outlining the problem.
Shopify Support has now had to intervene directly and contact Post Studio on our behalf to get them to fix this issue, which is unacceptable for a paid service. Shopify has documented everything and escalated it to their App Partner team because Post Studio’s lack of response left us no other option.
We have made it clear to Shopify that we still want to continue using the app if it is fixed, but we will not continue paying for a service that does not work and a support team that ignores its customers. If this continues without resolution, our next step will be to work with a reputable tech writer to publish an article detailing this experience and highlighting the negligence we have encountered.
We did not want it to come to this because we actually liked this app when it worked. However, at this point it is completely nonfunctional and unsupported. For any business considering this app, please be aware that the support quality is extremely poor, even for paying customers on the highest tier.
If the developers are reading this, take this as a wake-up call. Fix this issue properly and start treating your customers with the professionalism they deserve.
It does post posts to Facebook and Instagram.
Chat gpt is very limited, since it uses outdated 4o model.
Support is non existent, since the chats are not being responded to for days.
Stories styles/ ways to post it are very very limited.
Rules with which you post are also fairly limited...
Would love to rate the module better, but support situation is bad.
It saves a huge amount of time. I used to spend about 3 hours every Sunday planning and scheduling business posts for the week ahead but now I spent about 10 minutes setting this up and my instagram and Facebook posts and stories are automated without repeating products.

Lo único es que manejan canales de meta distintos, es decir tienes que crear una campaña especial para facebook y otra para instagram, no puedes ejecutar la misma campaña en las dos plataformas a la vez.
NOT RECOMMENDED. You'll spend a lot of work setting up all your social media sites and then the post that you want to make period now when you inquired a customer support about help they're not going to get back to you right away and then just like a certain vice president that's running for president they're not going to answer your question directly period so this app crops off your product images and a horrible way it might lot off half of it at the top or half at the bottom or half right down vertically period so when it's going to post to story time guess what it's going to look at atrocious you're not only not going to get conversions but it's going to be the other way around people are going to unsubscribe unfriend and unfollow period now to be fair I just sent them another message after I got on the $20 plan a few days ago because I thought well I'm on the free plans so that's why I'm not getting any support I don't make that mistake that I just did period so I got on the $20 plan and asked my question about the cropping for the fourth time and it's going on three days guess what question mark no response period so if I'm going to pay $20 instead of just do a free plan there are plenty of others out there that I can jump into that hopefully won't hurt my conversions and turn away customers at the unsightly cropping of my product images it's horrible period but if you want to keep an open mind and don't mind losing a lot of money and spending a lot of wasted time think go ahead and try this app after a week or two come back and read this review again. This review is voice texted and this company that does not deserve for me to go back and correct everything that The Voice to Text Speech screwed up

Unbelievably easy to set up. This is revolutionary and takes away the pressures of having to post everyday
I used this app for at least two years. And it does what it promises, no problems.
But what angered me happened at the end, when I signed up it was $9.99 a month, now the moment I cancelled the plan I saw that at some point in time they had changed the price of my plan to $7.99 behind my back, but they continued to charge me $9.99 for who knows how long?!
Support conceded that they made price adjustments along the way and that there was some 'miscommunication', offered some credit that I won't use because I was moving to another app, and more importantly didn't mention for how long this had been going on, so I won't know how much I over payed.
I know is "just $2 extra a month" but it's the principle, and it doesn't feel nice.
So Far it seems pretty easy and straight forward. I just post my first campaign and hope it works out!
