PostCo: Returns & Exchanges

Excellent support and service. Really easy onboarding and constant prompt assistance. Our support manager Fara has been particularly helpful with any changes / updates to the return policy and therefore returns procedure. Very happy with the service and options available within the app.

A mighty app with bells and whistles we need to make returns and exchanges seamless for our customers. Their support team members are friendly and responses are prompt and helpful.

We have been using the platform without issue for approx 1 year then we had some technical issues with the platform in April, that are mostly resolved. It took a fair bit of communication to resolve, but the Post Co team did stick with it and were able to eventually implement a fix.

We look forward to further improvements in the coming months.
