We are so pleased with the results we've seen from our PostPilot campaigns! Launching direct mail for the first time was a huge unlock for our business and has really helped diversify our sales channels and former over-dependence on digital ads. We switched to PostPilot from traditional catalog marketing, and we've overall been quite pleased with the results.

First off, the people who run and work for this app are incredible: responsive, knowledgeable, and great to work with. If they mess up, they take ownership of it and make it as right as they can. Our account manager, Drew, pays attention to the individual needs of our business instead of pushing us to do things that don't fit. The design team is amazing and really pays attention to our branding and ethos.

Second, the mailings themselves generally do well; our overall monthly ROAS averages a 5, although our highest ROAS were 26 and 51 on individual campaigns. Prospecting and cardalogs did not do well for us, though we might try again at a later date. The "hand-written" birthday card flow has knocked it out of the park, and our winback flow does well, also.
