Post Pilot has been a super easy partner to set up our direct mail program. Our account manager Yekaterina was phenomenal in her set up and delivery of program success. They can work with budgets of all size and have every type of campaign and targeting you would traditionally find in digital ads. It's rare that a Shopify App deserves 5 stars, but because of the benefits x price x team over at PostPilot, it's a no brainer.

PostPilot has been a great addition for our marketing! The platform is intuitive and delivered amazing results—but what truly sets it apart is our amazing, dedicated Account Manager Marina. Her honest feedback and strategic insights helped tremendously in refining our campaigns for optimal performance.

We switched to PostPilot from traditional catalog marketing, and we've overall been quite pleased with the results.

First off, the people who run and work for this app are incredible: responsive, knowledgeable, and great to work with. If they mess up, they take ownership of it and make it as right as they can. Our account manager, Drew, pays attention to the individual needs of our business instead of pushing us to do things that don't fit. The design team is amazing and really pays attention to our branding and ethos.

Second, the mailings themselves generally do well; our overall monthly ROAS averages a 5, although our highest ROAS were 26 and 51 on individual campaigns. Prospecting and cardalogs did not do well for us, though we might try again at a later date. The "hand-written" birthday card flow has knocked it out of the park, and our winback flow does well, also.

Definitely recommend giving PostPilot a try!
