SO no that I am months in...where is the 6th star???? I have moved up to the highest plan because the more I found out about the automations and segmentations, I needed more. BONUS: You get a dedicated advisor, mines is Travis and he is amazing. We are a team that keeps my companies goals on track and his innovative tactics are just what I needed. I know my brand and customers, he knows PostScripts and together, its a win win.
I have not used the app yet, but my customer service experience during set up was impeccable. Shannon helped me and was so instrumental in getting me the look and feel that I wanted, even taking the time to format a gif for me...THAT to me...made me want to stick around and grow with this company

I'm really new to SMS marketing, but Postscript makes it super easy to get started! They have all the automations set up for you already, which is really convenient and nice. A HUGE plus to Postscript is their customer service! It's probably one of the best service I've received, especially from Michael! He is so helpful and hilarious. I would highly recommend Postscript :)
