Postscript SMS Marketing

I think Postscripts works great overall to accomplish our company goals. We've been really happy with how the welcome series has performed for our business. Today I had a really great experience with Bre from their customer support team about making sure guests don't abuse discount codes from our shop, she was very thorough in making sure all my campaigns had the right settings. I think the only thing I would love is more guidance on is ideas for copywriting texts, how to make things perform better, and a file resizer/optimizer in the app for photos (mine tend to be too large and it's an extra step I'd rather not have to do). But overall great app!

We are beyond satisfied with this product. It performs. It does what it claims to do unlike other apps we have tried such as TxtCart. Postscript is far superior in terms of product and customer support. The staff is friendly, helpful, generous, and knowledgeable. The app itself is extremely user friendly. 10/10. You need this.

Amazing! Has only been a month and we have seen a major shift in the way that people have been able to connect, sign up, and shop. Also, the support team is just great. Had help today (a Sunday afternoon). Couldn't be happier with the results.

Still in the free trial phase but we're loving it! As a store, we're new to SMS marketing and Postscript has made the transition to this new medium incredibly seamless and easy.

Their interface is very straightforward and simple to use and you'll be up and running in no time. Plus their website is full of tips and tricks and when in doubt, their live chat is the best. Always incredibly responsive, no waiting, and very friendly. If you're lucky enough to work with Shannon, she's one of the best people I've ever worked with on a live chat platform.

Like I said, we're still new to SMS Marketing and Postscript, but so far, so good. We've even had other SMS companies reach out and try to snag us away but Postscript has everything we need and more between automation, segmentation, campaigns, creativity, and integration with existing apps.

PostScript is great for our SMS marketing and their customer support was really helpful and fast to resolve some billing issues that we had.

This app is easy to use, Klaviyo integration and the ROI is very good! Plus excellent customer service.
