I've been using this app for several years now and it's worked very well for my site. I've used it for my online forms, galleries, and more. I recently had an issue and Richcarde and Franz were both very helpful in getting my problem resolved in a timely manner.

plenty of options and free. Simply Awesome. I was able to make a great sales funneling form without advanced knowledge, connect it to mailchimp, and send them follow up information super easy!
Super easy to use and customize, installed to my shopify page in seconds. This is really well designed and looks great on mobile and desktop. A great solution, especially for free app!
