Easy to understand and implement. Lots of great features that make your Shopify website work even better.
I used this app to help me modify my contact form to add a file upload element. This app suit my preference to get my contact us page to look minimal. However I would be pleased if my customers manage to upload multiple files in that single element.
I have just installed this and embedded a form on my website, so far so good! eIt was easy to create the form and add to the required page on my site and my test form worked a treat!
Cannot access to forms any more. Trying to reset password. Again no email within "a few minutes" So frustrating
I use this app occasionally when I need to make a giveaway on my site. Makes it easy to capture contestants' emails. Really useful for me!

Great App for Forms, simple to use and great intergration within our website and on the pages we needed it,
I have used it for a few years now and it does what i need it to do and is easy to use! I would recommend it!
