I'm still a small business and I don't get as many messages yet, so this app is great if you're just starting out. You can upgrade once your business picks up! Super easy to use and support is fast in responding to your emails.
Out of all the contact builder apps I've tried for customer surveys, this one surpasses the rest by a wide margin. It offers extensive styling control and seamless integration with Omnisend, giving you unparalleled versatility.
Had a small issue but Richcarde M. managed to help me solve it within a couple of minutes. Easily recommended.

Great Customer Service
Very easy to use and the customer service is amazing on chat! They helped me figure out where my account was located when I lost access to it.
This app works ok. The Business Plan is too expensive, but the customer service team helped us find a more affordable plan for my business' needs.
I tried almost every contract builder available, this is probably the best. In terms of appearance and ease of use, this is number 1 on my list. The performance is great but I think there is still room for improvement. Great customer service, they respond quick and resolved all of my issues.
