POWR Form Builder Contact Form

I was very pleased with the Form Builder App. It was very easy to use and very easy to add it to my site.

Creating the form was simple and very intuitive. I would highly recommend using this App for your store.

I just released my website and I needed custom forms for a few of my customizable products (where I had over 100 variants). Yesterday I downloaded the free version (until I have some sales) and so far I'm impressed with how easy it's been to use to find a work around for my problem.

Installed this app for the auto-responder, but am really tickled with all the additional possibilities. Have not needed to contact support so far, as the setup is very user-friendly :)

Works as described. Run perfect

This is most helpful and easiest form builder I've ever come across. It is a free app it installed one of the available forms on my website in few clicks.

I was going to use a google form but POWr.io's Form Builder is better and integrates directly into my site. Love it!
