Wasn't sure what to expect when I downloaded the Free App, but WOW really easy to use, set up, and allow for GDPR compliance! BraVO! Win Win WIn!

very useful to build forms. Excellent app for the free plan. did not use paid plans. and that's why I don't leave reviews because you just need to fill the gap (minimum 100 ch.) when you already said whatever you need.
simple to use. plenty of field types to choose from. style/design options. up and on the site in just a few minutes.

Very easy set-up! Needed a product registration form that had more flexibility than the "contact" form on Shopify. This looks like it will do it. Will update after using it for a little while. Thanks!

I used this app for creating forms for those potentially interested in ordering custom shoes/apparel.
EXACTLY WHAT WE NEEDED! This form builder is by far the EASIEST one out there. It also has so many options you can add such as file uploads, captcha, etc.
Both easy to use and also has many good applications to use on our Shopify Store. Quick to get started and great that there's a free plan available.
