PreOrder Alpha

After almost 8 months of use without problems, it has suddenly stopped working (500, Internal Server Error). Creating chaos in our store as many products no longer appear in pre-order and consequently being sold massively. There is no way to contact them and they do not answer the email sent to support. Is the fault permanent? Are you going to solve it?

John was there every step of the way to rectify a problem on my site that didn’t have anything to do with his company. That speaks volumes. So, after downloading various Pre-order Apps, my theme had a glitch in it. I thought it was his company's app that glitched my theme. However, it wasn't. John went the extra mile to locate the problem. My theme was up and running in no time. So John basically rectified another company errors. Thank you!

Downloaded the app and set up appeared to be very simple. However, it did not appear on my website. Update (10/14/21)
The feature started working on my products today. For some reason it takes a couple of days to work. I hope they fix this soon!

Very useful if you're trying to have a pre-order option on your site. Great customer service. Just reach out via email and they help quickly.

This app routinely goes offline with server issues effectively making its usefulness obsolete and requiring more admin work to reset the entire inventory of items it is applied to. Support contacts are ghosts with no response provided when the servers fail.

This app helped me in getting orders for my incoming styles by adding the pre-order feature into it. It creates a pre order banner on the main picture plus it changes the add to cart button to pre order button. TIP: qty should not be zero in order for the pre-order to work. CON: the loading of pre order banner and button takes a while(or it's just my net speed). Over all great free app and am keeping it! Thank you!

App doesn’t actually function. The preorder button was displaying at first… but on all products. This lasted about an hour before it completely stopped being an option. Now even with the setting configured for specific products, there is no preorder button.
