We've been using this app for several months and love the features and options it provides. It's also extremely easy to use and setup. We had one small issue with the "pre-order" badge not showing on the product and emailed their support team. Within a couple of hours the problem was fixed by their prompt and professional team! We've been using the app for more then 2 years now without any issues.
We had 1 small issue (items were no longer available for sale and the countdown and buy button was not visible). After a support chat, they fixed the issue within 1 hour.

I had a fee issues to start, but I have a very customized type of shop. Support was available quickly and they spent a lot of time helping me to get everything operational.
The pro is that there are MANY options to customize.
The con is that there is no way to do l of it quickly.
All in all, I'd recommend.

Great app, works well and when we found a slightly bug their support team was quick to help and resolve the issue.

This is my first app to use for pre-order. At first I wonder if it works well or not. But right after installing it, I found out this app is so great. It is very simple and specific for pre-order function. Especially we can set up pre-order settings for each variations.

Also if you have questions or something you want to do, just ask them via chat. It takes a day or less but they always help me a lot. Rosie works for me very quick and hard. Because of her, we love this app very much!!
