The customisation available is very good and enough to cover my needs, even on the free plan.
The customer service is fast and friendly. I had a problem with my website where preordered products at checkout do not allow for a phone number as a contact method. The team were quick to work on it and kept me updated, and they even gave me a temporary solution to the problem. Even if it's an ongoing case, I have full faith in the team that they will deliver.

I am liking this app so far. Lots of customization and it adapts to my theme well. This really helps to be transparent with customers about what products are on backorder.
