This is my first time setting up or using a Pre-Order app so I did have some questions for tech support. They were quick to respond and very helpful! Great experience so far.

Support staff was helpful in explaining my queries and helped with the installation. No one has actually used the pre-order option on my site yet so I cannot comment fully as to how operational it is in real life.

Easy to set up and already generated a few sales on the products that are expected to arrive. Would be nice with a few more features, but support said they are improving the solution little by little.
