Suddenly they raised the prices. New prices are ridiculous. Will uninstall now.
I have been using NotifyMe for a while now and have found it to be complimentary to our customer service. The information and the ease for our customers to be notified of back in stock has proven to be a great sales tool.
Pearl from the customer service team, when we were having app issues for an upgrade, has been professional, helpful and extremely prompt. Thank you so much Pearl.
STAY AWAY.. They trick u into activating different options, and out of nowhere u have to pay a lot of money!
We used them for 4 yrs, but now its over, I will recommend EVERYONE, to find another app if u want secure payment, and an app that u can trust..

During the migration process to our new planning systems, a banner recommended enabling SMS notifications to help grow your revenue, based on your store’s activity. This banner was designed to give customers the opportunity to review the recommendation and make a clear choice before proceeding. Since the SMS toggle was enabled and you confirmed this setting during the migration, SMS notifications were activated. That said, we completely understand how this may still have felt unexpected, and we’re sorry for the confusion this caused.
We would love to have you back and invite you to try our app again. We genuinely appreciate the 4 years you spent using our app, and we’re sorry to see you leave under these circumstances. I had an amazing experience with Nareh. I had accidentally selected a yearly plan which end up cost $900CAD. Narah ensured that I received a refund within 24 hours and offered ma a much affordable plan. I've been using this app for over 4 years and very happy with it.

So far so good, but we are just a few days in on the Standard Plan. I think there is a 3% fee applied to pre-orders, which is a bit steep for us, so we just use the app for Back in Stock notifications and that works very well. I stuggled to use the app to strat with, but Miles in support quickly got me up to speed, so that part is faultless.
All in all I am please we got this app and are using for the notifications. I think that will more than pay for itself.

Been using it for years! Immediate sales occur when I update sold out product on my website. Had an issue late evening on a weekday, used the CHAT section on the APP and was shocked when I had a resolution in 10 minutes from Stella, a live rep agent. Can't beat exceptional customer service!

The app is great, no bugs and speedy and effective support! The only downside is the price, because it's so full-featured. We are switching to a more bare-bones app that better suits our needs (only back-in-stock requests).

Was a great back in stock notification app now they add all these other things that I wont use and want me to pay 200.00+ a year for an app that I wont use 75% of. They should separate the addon stuff and let us pay for what we want to use. Also they wont let you change to any of the lower advertised prices such as the free or the Kickstart plan they only allow the mid to higher tiers to subscribe to. So I guess there are other apps out there.

We completely understand the concern about paying for features that won’t be used most of the time. That’s exactly why there are multiple plans available, so shops can choose the option that best fits their needs and budget, rather than feeling pushed into a tier that includes more than they want.
We also want to apologize for how limiting this may have felt during the transition. We updated the pricing plans so we can continue improving the product and create value for shops in the best way possible. After switching to the new plans, shops can downgrade to a lower plan as well.
Regarding the Kickstart plan, we’re very sorry for the confusion. As mentioned in our pricing section, this plan was intentionally developed only for Basic Shopify stores in their first year, so we can better support new and young established shops as they grow.
One more thing ; our product manager reached out to help directly, but we didn’t receive a reply. If you’re open to it, we’d still really like to help and get this resolved in a way that feels fair.
